![]() The comprehensive planning process will create a Policy Statement which provides direction for the site’s future on: reconciliation, transportation and connections, parks and open space, housing mix including affordable housing, land use, building height and density, sustainability, and public benefits to support the new community. The Jericho Lands planning program was initiated by the City at the request of the landowners, the joint venture partnership between the MST Partnership and Canada Lands Company (CLC). The Jericho Lands are a 36-hectare (90 acre) site in Vancouver’s West Point Grey neighbourhood, bounded by West 4th Avenue to the north, Highbury Street to the east, West 8th Ave/West Broadway to the south and Discovery Street/Trimble Park to the west. The draft Policy Statement is expected to be presented to Council for consideration in late 2023. ![]() Public feedback, along with input from stakeholders and further technical analysis, will inform the preparation of a draft Policy Statement that we’ll share with the public in the fall of 2023.
